PlateState Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All PlateState apparel is made to order.

Once your order is placed, it goes into production within 2–5 business days. During peak periods or promotional launches, production times may extend slightly.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking details once it ships.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

Typical shipping timeframes after production are:

  • Australia: 2–7 business days

  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days

  • United States & Canada: 5–12 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • Order size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to collect the parcel

  • Delivery refusal

We may offer either:

  • A reshipment at an additional shipping cost, or

  • A partial refund excluding original shipping costs

PlateState is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at platestateco@gmail.com.

If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability and production timelines. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.


Customs & International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and additional fees. These are outside our control and may impact delivery time.

PlateState is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
