Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Because our apparel is made to order, returns are only accepted in specific situations outlined below.
To start a return or report an issue, please contact us at platestateco@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns or refunds may be approved if your item meets one of the following conditions:

You received the wrong item (wrong design or product)
If approved, we will offer either a free replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
In most defect or damage cases, you will not be required to return the item.
Non-Returnable Situations
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind after ordering

Personalized or custom items

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at platestateco@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

A clear photo showing the issue

If multiple items are affected, one photo showing all affected items together
Once reviewed, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Minor variations in print placement or color may occur due to the production process and are not considered defects.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item qualifies for a return under our policy, we’ll resolve it first. If you want a different size, color, or item, a new order will need to be placed.
Unsuccessful or Failed Deliveries
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or similar issue, we may offer:

A replacement with additional shipping costs, or

A partial refund excluding shipping
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be:

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Custom or personalized items are excluded from this right.
Refunds
Once your issue or return is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
